Ingredients:
¼ cup sesame seeds (raw or toasted)
¼ cup sumac
2 Tbsp. dried thyme
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
Dry-roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan. Stir often.
Allow to cool, then mix them with the rest of the ingredients. Store the dry mix in a tightly-closed jar, away from light and heat.
Mix with olive oil as bread dip.
